Well we have the guys staken a trail to the boot today and a few people out there catching fish also. The ice is looking pretty good but spot checks have 4.5 at the boot, 3.5 around the Picard pt area. 3-7 windblown ice around lakeside reef, 4-5 going south of here. Maybe we will be on track to get some houses...

Just wanted to let everyone know we have between 6-8 inches of ice with some pockets of 4 inches. Caution should be used when going out but we do have roads staked to the boot and 3 mile. The guys ventured out today for the first time and found mostly 7-10 inches in most spots. There were still some spots where there was open water last week that we found less than 4 inches. We will continue to explore out there after lunch and I will report our findings.
