The 2011 St Paul Ice Show is Dec. 2- 4. I know it's only Oct., but Im using the nice weather to get some ice fishing prep done.

Does anyone know of any launches that are still running, Coming up with the boys to do some work on the fish houses tomorrow and we would like to get out fishing but I can't bring the boat because I'm pulling the enclosed trailer with lumber and supplies! Did a video tonight after we came in off the launches. We had three launches out tonight. Our guest launch was Dave Hughley's Appledorn boat. There was ALOT of fish caught. We threw back hundreds of fish. I can't vouch for Nate or Dave, but I didn't lose any throw backs. They're really healthy this year...

My new one is on the way and I need to sell my auger from last year. It is the LazerPro 3hp with 8" auger bit. After each season I bring my auger into Strikemaster to have them go through everything top to bottom and have them put on new blades. It is in great shape and ready to go. Asking $350

We're makin' ice NOW, boys and girls! Water temp. has reached 32 degrees and the harbors are frozen over. On the north end, the ice is around 50 yards out, with low winds in sight for the next week. Won't be long, now.
