Ice Report for Early 2019:

Isle Bay and other South and East Side areas have had significant shore ice for a few days;

Today, 11-11-19 Veterans Day Isle Bay is completely frozen over it appears.

It is not safe ice yet but it is covered. Also, shore ice at Hunter's Point marina, Agate Bay Marina, Sunset Bay at Appledoorn's   and most East Side bays.

Update Wednesday 11-13-19: 

Isle Bay frozen over with light snow fall; Ice now at Garrison Twin Pines area from shore + 100 yards out. Most marinas frozen over solid.

Saturday 11-16-19"

It looks like possibly two fishermen have walked out on Isle Bay ice to get a line wet. 

Unofficially, that is to be verified.

Update Monday 11-18-19:

Milder Conditions over much of the Lake;

  • Isle Bay covered in early Ice BUT NOT SAFE!
  • Garrison Bay open,
  • shores ice at most East Side Marinas, including:
  • Hunter's Point, Agate Bay, Sunset Bay;
