Todays ice report is 8-12 inches of ice. I spent more time today on the snowmobile and it worked well in the slush areas. We packed down the two areas of slush straight out of the access which will allow it to freeze with the cold forecast. We have a cold front coming in Saturday nite that will bring high winds and below zero temperatures for the week. We are hoping to see that improve the ice depths. The areas of 8 inches are the problem areas......they need to gain depth to the 12 inch mark before we think about houses and vehicles.
