Anyone use feathered hooks for rigging?

I have tried it on occassion with not much success. Its usually a tactic change when nothingelse is working for me so its not like i really gave it a fair chance.

NO FEATHERS used from this angler! I will use a bead once in awhile...alot of time plain, just and simple works the best

Thanks for the replies, I typically go with the plain red myself as well. 2 angling books check, 1 hook tieing experiment check, cleaned,lubed,respooled 8 rods and reels check, wired in new docking light on boat check, installed new splash guards check, ahhh geez more snow? When will winter end!!!!
