Hi Doug,

Any idea on how many people are signed up for this tournament? it's a busy time of year for contests towards the end of May and beginning of June.

Not sure how many at the time, but in talking with George the other day he mentioned he thought it would fill quickly by the amount he had recieved the prior week as far as sign ups.

I take it there is no more Wave Wacker and this took its place? I didnt see any of the Herricks listed as fishing this so they must not be happy.

They should be on the Hunter's Point website tonight.  Here is the 29" hog that got us 3rd place.

Thanks Fife,

I cannot wait to get out there with Tony in a few days.

I am hoping this bite holds. Way to go on your third place finish.

That is very impressive. MM.

The results are posted here:

http://www.hunterspointresort.com/Events.html

Dale and Bob Luoma won the event.  The top 2 weights were just a few ounces apart.

Malmo Mike, I'm sure you will have a blast out there with Tony.  I talked to him for awhile on Wednesday and he has been having a blast this year.

Does anyone what the pay-outs looked like?

Thanks guys!

I don't remember the payout exactly, but I think it was 16,000 for first, third place was 6400, and it paid down to 15th or 16th.  We won the $250 big fish pot for day 2 and $250 in the option pot.

The payouts will be even bigger next year when the tournament hits 100 boats.

Don't forget the money raised for charity. If I remember right, Justin said it was about $8500. That's really impressive.
