Anyone spotted the tullibee?

Tried all over the East end yesterday from ~Big Point to Malmo Bay and couldn't find the tullibee.  Are there any schooled up good this year?

They've been schooled up on 3-mile pretty good. Probably the main reason we haven't had a bad Mayfly hatch, yet.

I've seen a lot of big tulibee dead and floating; way more than walleye. Anyone have any theories?

Yup, that time of year.  Saw lots of dead tullibee this weekend.  With the surface water temp pushing 80 degrees, they just can't handle the heat and stress.  Hope we still have some winter fun with them this year!!
