Selling my 10x18 ice house and building a new one.  This one is great, we just need one bigger since we have more and more people getting into fishing.  Installed new pine T&G panneling on walls and ceilings last year.  Well insulated, very warm even on those -25 nights.  House layout is really nice.  We have 5 people up every weekend and its never cramped or crowded feeling.
