Tired of missing big fish at the hole when the ice gets thick?
 Here's an idea one guy had.

Not a bad idea at all. We've all had that sick feeling deep down when a nice one got off due to the thicker ice.
If I understood this video right, the "Fish elevator" would be roated so that it was up tight against the bottom hole hole and once fished cleared that, then you rotate it to trap him (or her).
I LIKE IT!!!

Wow.. it seems to work pretty darn well Jon. Way to go.
That is a great solution for a fish that is jumping around before you can get 'em
out of the hole.
