Sure sounds like a good time. Talking to a few that left the lake yesterday also said the walleye action picked up during the morning compared to Saturday. Didn't hear to much rumbling about the perch. You must have been right on them. Or maybe everyone has tight lips and thought they had them dialed in and wont share.
