I was out on 5 mile yesterday 1/14 and did very good. went out of brandts. There were a few guys I talked to that wasn't doing much but they were in a big house fishing in there socks and watching TV. They looked in my buckett (for a beer) and they were like were did you catch those i said 200 ft behind your house. I worked for them thou I drilled about 20 holes and was jumping around...
Today 1/15 I went to shermans flat and it wasn't to bad. I did keep 2 there but was back home at 3:00 as I was having Snowmobile Problems. I am sure I could have got my limit there if I would have stayed till dark. My brother was on 5 mile today and did good with perch.
Would like to see more people post results from other parts of the lake....Good luck..
Thanks for your good report. I have not heard anything from the folks nearby at Castaway's. My brother was up last week but he did not get much fishing in...so I do not have a current report up here. Good Luck, Mike
