house was built in 1998  has 2x6 treated floor trusts and 3/4 inch treated plywood floors and a 30k BTU glo warm ventless heater

the auger is a 3 hp 10" jiffy that was bought in 2003 comes with new chipper blade still in package ($50 value)  and current blade on auger which were bought new in 08
didn't use the auger last year as I bought a new strikemaster. Had tune up on it in march 08 at lybecks and havent used it since
