I just want to let everyone know about an incident that we had up at Eastside Marina this past weekend. We had a couple of people staying in one of our motel rooms this weekend that came to us today at check-out saying that they were very unhappy about there room and were wanting some sort of action to be taken. The point I am trying to get out to everyone iis that if there is something that is not right or is not what is expected, don't wait till you are leaving to let us know, we cannot do anything about them if you do. Come to us right away so that we can do whatever we can to make your stay here enjoyable, if we don't know anything is wrong we can't fix it.
