I took some mpegs this weekend. They are a little rocky and didn't turn out as well as I would have liked. But next time they will get better.

Thanks for posting those Doug! Definitely a day I won't forget on the pond! The video doesn't do it justice though. They looked a lot bigger riding through the waves! Matt

Matt - You got that right. That was you in your warrior in the 2nd clip correct? You have a nice shiny white bottom on your boat. Your skeg looked ding free from our angle also. LOL

I would say there where true 4-5 footers at times.
Bob and I had the boat stand up once on the move and when it came down the motor took a pretty good dip. We both looked back after hearing the gurgel from the motor and waited for a sieze or something to happen. We kept chugging along.

Yep, that was me Doug!! You are correct, the skeg is in perfect condition! Hopefully I can keep it that way!

I'm not sure if this is an accurate way to measure wave height, but I had a few waves on Saturday that had 6' between the trough and the crest on my Lowrance. Most were 4-5', but a few were bigger. Definitely one of the wildest rides I've had!!
