I am selling what I now consider my Cabin, but what was my fishhouse. It is on White Oak Skids, 5"x6". Hasn't been on the Lake for about 10 years. A friend of mine is asking me to find out more details on your cabin for sale. Where is the cabin located? Can it still be used as an icehouse or is it on a permanent site? How much is the lot rent on it? Is it gas heat, lights or electric or both?
It is at a private Lot, across the road from Hunters Point. It would need to be moved. I closed up the holes, when I decided I would be fishing out of a portable and finished the inside floor with Laminate. Holes could be added fairly easily. It had a propane wall furnace, but I removed that also. It now has 2 electric baseboard heaters in it. (One heats it easily, unless it's -20'f) A propane wall furnace could also easily be added. It is wired through-out with 110V wiring and lights, this also can be made to work with a 12V system. Anymore questions, let me know.
