10'x 20' fish house on skids

Treated 2" x 6" insulated floor with carpet
Knotty pine interior
6 holes with hole covers
30,000 BTU empire heater
4- gas LP lights
4 - 12 volt lights over holes
12 volt ceiling fan
wired for 12 volt and 110
am/fm/cd radio
queen size and twin bed
enclosed bathroom with mirror
steel siding
steel runners
plywood with steel covered roof
vaulted ceiling
4 burner stove with oven and broiler
lots of cupboard and storage space
2-100 pound LP tanks with dual automatic regulator
Bay window with Custom blinds
Only used 1 year - currently on Mille Lacs Lake at Hunters Point Resort

Right now the price is $11,500 or make an offer

It is a great fish house, we just don't get enough use out of it!
