Fish are always biting...somewhere I have fished ML for a long time and I only use jigging spoons and a plain hook on a dead stick.Jig aggressivly with a spoon and they will either take that or the dead stick.A lot of times I dont even bother with a dead stick if I am moving around.Jigging aggressivly means wiping it up a couple feet and let it flutter back down.Let it sit for a few seconds and whip it again.Lots of good spoons out there and any with perch type colors are good choices for ML however color means less to me than how you use them.
