Fishing report 8/9

The walleye bite has consisted of the rocks primarily in the evening. People have been catching some bigger fish trolling cranks both in the deep water and around the shoreline breaks.
Smallmouth fishing has been good as of late, and you don't have to go very far from Hunter's tube jigs and crank baits have been working well. People have also been catching alot of them bobber fishing for walleyes on some of the shallow rock piles and 3-mile.
Muskie fishing is starting to heat up around the lake. People casting are doing well in sunset bay and out on 3-mile. I have heard of people seeing quite a few "HUGE" fish well over 50 inches. I have been trolling for them alot lately and when there is a chop on the water the action is pretty good, It should only get better as the water continues to warm. It is at around 74-75 degrees right now.
