Dean, this is about the best conditions I have seen in Mille Lacs in quite a few years. The ditches along 47 area getting pounded, but show no bear spots. The lake is also covered with the white stuff. It actually makes me think about getting back into sledding....
The Vikings Artic Blast is coming to Mille Lacs on February 9th and 10th. There will be alot of snowmobliers running around the lake that weekend!!!

The Mille Lacs area has snow..but is in need of some new snow! I just talked with a friend that completed a ride this past week. They rode from Moose Lake to Silver Bay and back! He said most of the trails were in great shape....but did say they did run on some bare ground......a few times!
We have been to the Artic Blast a few times but this year are coming up for the vintage ride which is the next weekend. We have found, coming for that ride we get more room on the lake to roam! Please keep me informed of the conditions.
