I read on indepth that thieves have been hitting the resorts and campgrounds on the lake. Keep an eye on your stuff and I hope they catch these criminals sooner than later.

I heard and read 5 fish were caught, 4 by two of the teams, big fish 50". Did anyone get to hear or see anything more than that?

Now is the time of year to start looking shallow for good numbers of walleyes. Shallow being less than 7 FOW!! That's right, less than 7 FOW with slip bobbers and leeches! If there is any wind, get on top of the rocks and enjoy some of the best fishing of the year.

Steve Carney Article in Outdoor News Anybody get a chance to read this article? What lake is he talking about? It can't be Mille Lacs. He says there is a lack of small walleye the last couple years. In my opinion the year classes for 07 and 08 had to be pretty strong with all the 10"-14" walleye I have seen....
