No matter how that is put, this is hard to swallow. Period. Everything will stay the same, with anglers having to hammer the same old 19-21" slot if they want to eat walleye. Limit one a day...............

 Maybe we should allow them to spawn without netting the living CRAP out of 'em while they're trying to reproduce.
