Surface temperature has been holding steady at 52-53 degrees with the cooler days, rain and low degree nights.

With cooler water temps, even though there was an early ice-out, the walleye bite hasn't been aggressive this year for the most part. The exception to that is the twilight hour around 8:30 to 9:30 or so.
