I'm headed to the Lake on Thursday 7-3, staying for 4 days. Staying on the South end in Cove Bay. Current plan is to hit the gravel bars and rock reefs along the south end. Picked up some new bottom bouncer rigs, snells, jigs, spinners and a few crank baits. I can't wait to get out there on the lake and catch a few!
With the barometric pressure on the rise, yet low, it'll be interesting to see how aggressive they'll be. There is going to be a north-by-northwest wind at perfect drift speeds at 8mph or so.
Stay away from the Highway Bar........................
