Snow drifts?

I plowed out to Elleens Flat out of The Red Door Resort this morning. Our old road was drfted in completely from the wind and snow. Some snow drifts are halfway up on the truck doors! so yes we have drifts!

Some of the lake has very little snow, but you have to pick your path! If your not watching....you can be stuck big time.

The wheel house people are not going to have much freedom of going off road the rest of the season.

I hope that all our customers took our advice and blocked up their houses before the snows?

Bobber, is the RedDoor going to keep the roads open after you pull the houses?
And if so, for how long?

We will maintain some lake access. Not sure if we will keep the road open all the way to Elleens or not will depend on the snow falls we may get in the weeks to come..........

When we left the south end of the pond on Tuesday, there were drifts, but if you pay attn to what you are doing, cross cty travel is still possible, bring a shovel or a second truck just in case you hit a big one. With the roads plowed, pay attn to where you enter and exit, block your permanents a bit higher for the weight of the snow drifts by the houses.
