This was shot on a lake 10-15 minutes north of Mille Lacs, give it a try of the night bite on Mile Lacs is a touch slow, we found the #'s drop off a bit from the day time but the quality goes way up!

I'm not sure, but I would think they are using Tuned Up Custom Precision Noodle or Quick Tip rods. I ordered a Tuned Up Custom rod that I am looking forward to trying out soon.
For panfish, I have a Thorne Bros. Powernoodle and a couple Quiverstiks. The powernoodle is great for light-biting fish because of the light tip that shows the bite. The Quiverstik works better for feeling the bites.

Winter panfishing is the greatest! Im always looking for a good sensative panfish rod/reel combo...what were you guys using for rods if you dont mind?
Tuned up Custom Noddle rods, I'm running the 32' and 36' and the other guys are running 26', great rod for crappies and gills, they have the right tip to see "up bites"
