We have 11 inches of ice on the main lake, snow free ice. BUT! We have 8 inches between there and shore. So we need to grow the 8 inches to be able to drive out to the thicker ice. We are putting a water pump out on the thinner area to flood it and allow more ice to form on top of the ice that is there now.
Obviously, no pulling bigger houses nor driving full-size cars/trucks for at least a couple days. Stay tuned...
