Red Door Resort Ice Fishing Report 12-19-12

I visited with a fellow that was just getting off the ice as we were heading out to check the ice depth. He reported to us that he had caught 14 walleye during the first half of the day. Got out just after daylight and was leaving the ice just after noon. He had one keeper sticking out of his sled! He said the biggest was a 27 incher!

 

Just a short little report to share!

Thanks Bobber...nice update -- Geez 14 willie walleyes. Nice. Sounds like a couple of whoppers.

Malmo Mike is coming home to the lake 2 weeks from today and I am booked solid for fishing.See you at the Waypoint Cafe for walleye dinner and ... you can meet my sister Barb (Malmo Sis) and Jackie  (Malmo Mom, of course).

We are hopeful that the good ice and early walleye bite will hold out.

MM is coming home. The walleyes are nervous.
