My boyfriend has been talking about Mille Lacs Lake for ice fishing for 2 yrs now, hes been talking about renting a cabin off the lake or one on the lake but i dont know where to start and I want to purchase like a all inclusive package or a package itself.
I would highly recommend Hunters Point Resort. Great place!!! Also I would recommend using Roach's Guide Service. Will put him on fish and when done will also clean the fish. Best Guide you can find bar none!!
my best advice would be. to drive up to the red door. rent the cabin ice house combo, for the weekend and portable fish from there. that would give you the BEST nice and comfy accomodations. From there you could decide whether or not to venture out in the portables:):)
