I've been doing real well in rock and sand transition areas in 30 to 32 fow with a perch and glow white buckshot with a medium sized rainbow (live) for walleyes and a white glow ant and medium sized fathead hooked through the dorsal on my set line for perch. (run on sentance, but you get the picture.)
My fish house, however, is hidden in plain sight by my Romulan cloaking device.
Must've missed something. I was just kidding about the house, WALLEYECHASER. I really don't have a cloaking devise at all. My house is just white, is all and is hard to see in the snow. Plus, I don't advertise my exact position.
You are welcome at my house anytime, buddy. I've got friends stopping by all the time.......

I've been fishing the rocks this year, like always. The depths have ranged from 17-23 fow. I've caught fish on pretty much everything I put down the hole. But I will give you the top five presentations. 1: red hook. 2: plain hook 3: perch colored macho minnow or forage minnow. But be prepared to try different sizes. 4: orange and white glow forage minnow. 5: gem-n-eyes by JR tackle. Just like the jigging spoons, be sure to have an assortment in the size of bait you use. Good luck.
some people must be sensitive! I am thinking of bringing my 7 year old up for the night tomorrow night. Are the still biting at night, or should I wait till next weekend to come up for the day bite?
