This fish house has been used approximately 10 times since I purchased it in 2008. It has a heavy duty tubular frame with drop hitch, is fully insulated - walls, ceiling and floor, and is heated with a 16,000 BTU direct vent furnace. The interior is set up for fishing. It has 2 flip up bunks - 1 in the front and 1 in the back, 8 holes with covers, 8 interior lights and 4 rattle reels. It is in Excellent Condition and is always stored inside.
