I fished Cedar by Isle on Dec. 2nd and had 4 inches of ice then. I have to imagine that lake has 7 or 8 inches now. It's going to cool back down tomorrow so it will start making ice again. I'll be headed back up there after Christmas.

As of december 10th

shakopee had 8 to 10 inches of ice

camp lake has 6 to 8 inches of ice.

looking to head to lone on saturday the 7th when i am up there.

Lone could still have open water. That is always the last lake in the area to freeze solid. I had a consistant 11-12 inches on Cedar (Isle) when I was up there last week.

Thanks for the heads up. Got any information on cedar? Always looking to try out new lakes especially when there is plenty of ice to fish on. Is the entire lake at safe for atv or sled traffic?
