Josh Hukriede pulled up this 24" on Friday after being in the house 20 minutes. That was pretty much the highlight. Weather kept us at bay most of the weekend. Didn't feel like running with the portables. Hoping for better conditions in the near future. That wind was brutal.
My family in Malmo Bay said that the winds were awful on the lake and coming off the ice. UGH. Maybe a little more calm and quiet today? Bobber, please turn the wind down. Thanks Governor. Malmo Mike was here.

The hardest part so far has been teaching him getting the hook out and we're working on putting the minnow on this weekend.

Ha! Yeah, Rick, we've gotta leave him with explicit instructions not to fish more than 2 lines when we go in. Does anybody know if cats under the age of one need an angling license?

I have a comeback: 1. My labradors Hunter and Paris will hop up and sit on bar stool and wait for a cold one. (ice cream or beer). I cannot get them to open a beer yet. 2. Our Hottub Bear Big Al, sits in his hottub (rain barrel) each afternoon. He is the neighborhood Black Bear -- we wil lget him a bigger Hottub (rain barrel by next spring.)
