ICE CONDITIONS 12-19-10

Ice conditions for 12-19-10.  During the daily road check we found a 2 inch crack on our South road and 3 Mile road. These roads have been closed until further notice. North road has been checked and is in good conditon at this time. We still have truck traffic but until further notice we recommend snowmobiles and ATVs.

PLEASE CHECK IN BAR BEFORE HEADING OUT FOR YOUR SAFETY.

10MPH means 10MPH. I witnessed more than a few exceeding that. Some people just have no respect for others work and safety.

SLOW DOWN

The road may be open by then, but if it is not you have Slys, Dawson, 2mile or even the mud. Those areas are all good off the north road. I posted a map just minutes ago. Check it out. It is the main road only but there are lots of areas off it to fish.

Just a reminder that is always a good idea to take a minute to stop in and check with the resort to find out all the latest reports.......
Stay on the right side of the ice!

I was in the garage this am and heard the ice bang loud big time as it pushed up along shore with the warmup in temperatures
