10 X 30 fish house very well built and finished.
Double insulated floor 1/2" treated plywood on the bottom side and 3/4" treated plywood on the top side, all glued and screwed.
Double sided LP fireplace, 40,00 btu. marble sround on both sides.
Celing fans in bedroom and living room.
Kitchen has 2 burner stove and stainless steal sink.
Bathroom has heater/exhaust fan and light.
Marine radio and 6' antenna.
Steal runners with Bulldog jacks in each corner.
Floor framing is 2x6 treated framing.
Walls are 2x4 framing.
Walls, floor and celing are insulated.
Walls in livingroom and kitchen are knoty pine tongue and groove. Bedroom is real cedar paneling.
12v am/fm CD radio.
The house is currently at Hunter's Point on Mille Lacs lake.

that thing is so beautiful it almost makes me cry!!!! How much ice do you need to pull that bad boy out??? Any idea how much it weighs??
