We are beginning to sell the 2011 Sportsmens Calendars.  If you would like a calendar this year, please fill out the information below.  Enclose a check for $40 per calendar.  If you know of someone who might be interested that did not get one last year,  enclose their name and a check so they can receive one this year.   If you are going to do some as gifts just be sure to write down all of their information on a piece of paper so we can get the proper information on the ticket and where it should be sent.  When we receive payment and your check goes through the bank we will send out your calendar in the mail.
