I am looking for one, nothing fancy, just good enough to find the fish.  Considering the economic downturn, a good price would also be great.....

Try vexilar's website.  They sell reconditioned units.  Not sure of the price point, but I know they are reasonable. 

Also, check out the St. Paul Ice Show the first weekend in December.  A friend of mine got a Vexilar from a guide who was selling his old units from the year before.
