2009 AIM Championship is being held September 2nd - 4th on Winnibigoshish. I think this will be a great event for that lake being as it has such a tight slot. I have 2 freinds fishing this circuit (along with the FLW Tour) and they both speak very highly of the Catch, Record, & Release format. Sounds like everyone involved is impressed on how well this fromat is working for them, and to my knowledge, there's been no conflicts. If I was a betting sort of guy, I would have to bet that one of there stops next year will be on the big pond. What a great palce for this format. Get credit for all the fish you catch, and at the same time, all the fish end up swimming away (at least almost all of them). Isn't that the way a tournament should be, the one who cathces the biggest fish WINS? Sould be a grerat sucess on Winnie being as it has such a tight slot, and all kinds of in betweeners just waiting to be CRR'd. Headed up Sunday to check out the activity. Oops, just rrealized after typing all this that maybe this should have been posted in the Tournament section. Oh well, sorry
