I predict that by 4 pm tomorrow 4/15 (tax day) we will see open water creeping into the bottom of the BobberCam picture. I will also predict the harbor area ice free by 4/17 at 3:00pm.

We got some open water on the Hawkbill cam this afternoon!  Black ice everywhere!

There's finally a little open water along the shore line on the southwest side.
