When it does happen. Stay at the posted speed or slower to keep the ice in good shape. To often you see people driving way to fast. Dangerous and creates more and biggers cracks.
I could not agree with you more Doug. Too often, people forget about that "wave" of water that is under their vehicle when they are driving too fast. I have never seen a "blow out" on the ice, and I never do.
I'm on this Bandwagon. I drive a 3/4 ton and don't expect to drive out until after Christmas. I definitely don't want to be on the six oclock news. When you see me on the Ice don't tailgate me because I'm moving along at the posted speed.
