Do any of you remeber the bobber madness about 4 years ago??
I was sitting with a buddy the other nite, and we talked about fishing this up coming weekend and how it should fair out.... then we got talking about slot fish.... we keep a few here and there but we'd rather catch trophy....
Getting to the point, we were talking about all the footballs we caught last year.... those 21-25 inch fatties!!! lol then looked back on it and wondered if all of them fish were the same year class of 13-16 inch bobber madness fish......???
Had a pretty good run of 12-14" last year along with the 22-26 " you talked about. Time will tell I guess. I hope there are a good amount of 16-18". The forage base and water temps will play the major role in success is my hunch. Every year someone seems to figure them out.
i have a good feeling that the bite should be pretty good lol, especialy with all the spots that we hit, we should be able to pick up a few....hahah hope i get that one for the wall this year... hopefully not opener though.....
