Just wanted to drop a quick line and tell George and his Staff THANK YOU! Spent the weekend out in two (2) of Hunters ice shack's and received the best customer service I have ever seen.
We talked with the staff several times over the weekend, and they were always willing to answer all our questions, provide advice and ensure we were happy. It is nice to have a resort owner worry about there customers the way George does. Saturday night after the contest, one of the staff from Hunters came to the ice shanty to check on everyone, make sure everyone is accounted for and see if there was anything we needed. That is the #1 reason we will be back.
George, Thank You and please pass a HUGH Thank You to your staff. We will see you next year if not sooner.
We also had a good time at hunters this last week. Just wanted to say thanks to George and his staff for helping us fix our auger after I pulled the auger string and handle off the auger.......It sure would have been a short day of fishing if we didn't get that fixed on monday.
