My thanks to George and the crew at Hunter's Point Resort for the great service and excellent ice house accomodations New Years eve and day. Brought the family up for an over night in a 12 hole ice house and was really pleased with the house. It was clean, comfortable and warm! A nice change from some of the nasty houses I have had to stay in! The kids and wife enjoyed the house even though it got down to -20 windchill we stayed nice and cozy. I highly recommend Nitti's 12 hole executive ice houses. I just hope folks will respect them and keep them in good shape for the next fishermen.
Fishing was slow...really slow, but that 's to be expected with unusally high amounts of bait fish and below freezing temps. Looking forward to this weekends "Thaw" and possibly some fish action. Thanks Hunter's!
