The access is open at Hunters for fisherman with portables. George recommends the use of snowmoblies rather than atv's at this time due to the amount of snow on the ice. No vehicles will be allowed untill the ice depth allows it. They have a staked road out to 2 1/4 mile reef and are continueing to flood this area. They are plowing on the lake near shore and are working their way out on the lake. The ice depth varies from 5-10 inches with most areas at 6-8 inches. No fishing reports as of today that I can share with you!

Please check in with the resort before you access the lake for the most current lake conditions.

Thanks for the report Bobber. Good to hear that the ice is getting thicked even with all this snow. Keep the reports coming.

Thanks for the update

Was out west of Doe Island last night - did fair - had any where from 7" to 9" in each hole drilled - it is pretty rough out there

Thanks for the update bobber!!
I was wondering how much ice it takes to take a 4 wheeler and a pull behind house out. I have a 8 by 10 ice shack.
