Much like the CEO of any major failing company, Dayton must resign and move on,  we the shareholders must demand this.  He has been aware of issues on Mille Lacs prior to being elected.  Game Fair Governor Candidate Forum Aug 2010,  "I believe that all hunting and fishing in Minnesota should be under the same rules."  So 5 yrs have gone by and WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?  How many of the share holders have lost their jobs, businesses, and how many more while you play the "political correct co-management" game.  Since all of Minnesota is under an ancient treaty and Mille Lacs gill netting isn't productive which lakes on next years list do you give up to politically appointed judges to re-write history?  The treaties are written in plain language for a reason, Minnesota didn't violate these treaties, tribal members did, only then did these "Treaty Cases" get sent to the historical rewriting judges of America.  perm.org has the treaties posted, take the time to read them.  Mark, just prior to your resignation, please clean house of the upper management of the MN DNR.  Att Gen Lori Swanson you should be ashamed for not protecting the citizens of MN against these unfair business practises!
