I am seeing some absolutely Huge pike. This pike is the biggest I have seen in 10 years. We lost a cow muskie last evening (rookie was reeling) and landed 3 huge pike. We are catching them on Cat's Tails Tackle in Hayward Wisconsin.. Call Roger at 715-462-4629 and tell him you need his leaders and lures. Only his leaders and lures are producing fish. We have found that Mayhem Cowgirls are expensive and are Chinese junk. The blades fall off in a few days. Cats Tails are weighted and perform way better then Cowgirls. We have never lost a blade on a Cat's Tail and they are way cheaper. Back in my young day we tested 3 leaders and every muskie hit his leader. The first thing I looked at when the muskie hit the net was the leader. Why? I don't know, maybe lure action. We cut off the other 2 and tied on his leaders. We boated 10 and lost 8. Sometimes it's the simple things that catch muskies.
