The fishing continues to be good around the resort! Rigging leeches on the mud flats has been the best method over the past week. Working the edges in 24-28 fow has been the best area on the mud flats. The spinner crawler harness is also working for some in the same areas. The lead core trolling has also picked up over the past couple of weeks. Trolling along the deeper water off the flats and in the basin has been the best areas. Salmo Hornets and Rapala shad raps have been the baits of choice while trolling. The smallmouth action has also been really good. Pitchin tube jigs on and off the rocks has been the best areas. Mepps spinners has also caught some nice fish.
