Anyone familular with this unit? i have one set up for ice fishing and i cant figure out how to turn off the gps... I want to turn it off to conserve battery life when I am no longer looking for a spot and I am just set up fishing.
I have a similar unit with GPS & graph/flasher. I don't believe there is a way to turn one or the other off. When you turn the unit on all systems are ready for use. I would also like to turn the GPS off. Maybe they will come out with an update if we yell load enough.
the only problem I have is my iceducer went to hell and the warranty is up. Whats another hundred bucks right? Needless to say I've been using my backup vex this year.
