I hear crickets. Wish I had something to tell you but I haven't been out. Perch don't seem to be getting fishing pressure and with the warm up I bet you will do pretty well. I heard they are moving in and in bigger bunches. Good luck

Well we fished the weekend out off the east side from Big point north and found fish but not in the numbers only a few at each spot having to move every hour or so to stay on active fish. We fished deep transition areas 27-30 ft hoping to get out once more if the ice can hold.

Any more reports? The board seems void of them lately.

We fished 29 -32 inner structure on Saturday and had ok results. The bigger jumbos didn't go as well as the smaller fish. We had perch under us almost constantly in these areas. They seemed more partial to larva and small jigs gold and silver in color.

Big D,

Thanks for the guiding this weekend.  After breaking my auger Saturday, we took Justin and TJ up on their offer to go fishing with them on Sunday.  They drilled the holes and I fished. biggrin I got lucky and stumbled onto a hole that was full of fish in about 29 ft. in that gravel/mud transition area.  Just like Saturday, the bite really slowed down after about 11am so we headed for home.  A forage minnow and red euro larvae was the ticket.

Way to go Doug -- for helping us out with a current report on structure and
