I am from texas and i love fishing.i was wondering if anyone could tell me what to do and use to catch some muskie. i visit lake of the woods every year but not this one so im coming to millacs. please help me i catch northern but i want something a little bigger. thank you!!!

I like the big buck tails the cow girls are always good also the big soft plastics have been good for me in the past. I have not got out much this year saw a few but none in the boat yet. I know a lot of people fish vineland bay but i like cove and wakon. Some of the shallow rocks can hold fish. Good luck !!!

Not a muskie fisherman but here is a very recent report that you may find useful. For some reason the muskie nuts pretty much keep to themselves and dont talk to much about the when and how much less the where if you know what I mean.

with a name like muskymaster you should be a pro but any way when are you comming up to minnesota are you going to fish at night what are your plans for the most part i like cow girls or supper cow girls bull dogs in the pounder size there a work out to cast but they do pay off if your going for the big guys i like the north end at night abought a 1/2 hour befor sunset till abought 1am start by the red door and go from there i hope this helps you out have fun if you get a nice one take a pic and let them go so they can grow bigger

well if your going out on a launch they genralley dont fish musky they fish for bait some people call it walleye but any way it should be a good time to go try to get out and do some night fishing put your boat it 12 to 14 and cast in to the shallow with cow girls i like the blue with sylver blades they do pull alot but they do work well at night good luck and have fun

I know what they do on a launch. So after every day I fish Nothern or get lucky and snag a walleye. This year i want the big guys so thats what im goin for. thanks
