Mud Flat Fishing

I am curious as to what people think the best way to catch fish on the mud flats is. Roach/Lindy rigs, spinner rigs, crawlers, minnows, or leeches? Are all mud flats created equal, or is there something to really look for to compare them?

hahah actually u gotta look at the Time of year i think.... Right now im still using a typical 7-9ft snell with a gammi a bead and a leach in the morning and then a crawler in the afternoon on that same snell.........

but now its time to switch to blades for a little faster action.... late in the year go with cranks out there.......

so theres just a little advice.... Over time on the late, you should be able to figure it out

You have to move around and use your locator if there are no fish there don't fish there. Some times one flat will be hot and the next one dead. No better teacher than time on the water! GOOD LUCK!!!!
